We had a wonderful experience at this Mazda dealership from the moment we arrived. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and unique, genuinely helpful through the entire process. The whole experience was a smooth and stress-free, and we never felt pleasure or rushed. They took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we feel comfortable with our decision. Everything from the customer service to the overall process was excellent. We are very happy with our experience. It will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle thank you to the entire team for making our car buying experience such a positive one. A special thank you to Caleb, our sales person we have worked with him before and always have such a good great experience. He is professional honest, patient and truly goes about and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable. Got a good discount for fixing a differential seal leak, and overall everything went well with the service. My only complaint is that they didn't rotate my tires, which makes this the second time it's happened.

great experience with this dealership and service is quick and thorough making the experience very pleasant. We recently purchased a CX5 and a CX30 in January. We unfortunately (of no fault of the dealer) had some issues with the CX30 having debris in one of the pistons causing it to malfunction and had to be replaced. At 94 mile, this was infuriating... but the peeps at the dealership took good care of us and made it their personal mission to get Mazda to remedy the issue expeditiously. UPDATE: We upgraded the cx50 to the cx70 this weekend and again another wonderful experience with the crew at Tim Dahle Mazda.
