Quick and courteous!

I had a minor update and service performed here at their service department. They were kind, accommodating and professional, and got my service done in a timely manner. We love our Mazda and have had a great experience working with the crew at Tim Dahle and also Bryan in the service department.

I have purchased 3 Mazdas from here. I haven’t had a bad experience once. The third purchase being this last Saturday. My sales guy Kyle was fantastic! Super friendly and willing to work through all the options that best fit my budget. He cared more for what I could afford rather than trying to get me into a vehicle that may be a luxury but not necessary. As a customer buying a new car, that goes a long way! I have been treated better here than I ever have at used car dealers. The car protection sales guy has always been great also. He has never been pushy. Saying all that. Mazda Southtowne has always been a great experience. I recommend them if you are looking for a Mazda purchase!

Sophia did an amazing job getting me the car I wanted. The dealership did a good job of recommending me optional services for my new car without pressuring me to get ones I feel like I didn’t need. A great experience overall.

Nat Kingdom did a great job working with us to trade our 2020 Mazda CX5 FWD for a 2024 Mazda CX5 AWD. We are very happy with the new SUV, the trade, and the people at Mazda to make it happen. Thank you. And the Service Department did an excellent job with the oil change. Nick the Service Manager went beyond my expectations. The oil changes are easy to schedule. The technician provides a nice video showing the status of the filters, tires, brakes and overall condition of the vehicle. The Service manager made the check in and check out easy.

Kyle did a great job with his demeanor and no nonsense approach. He listened to what my needs were and stayed focused on that. The deal was less than 15 minutes and they even delivered the car to my house. Fantastic experience!

My son found a listing for an older used car on this Mazda lot. We drove out to look it over on a Tuesday evening. Kelly saw us and came out to assist. He was great, very personable. I returned the next morning to take it to my mechanic for a check up. The process to take the car off the lot was smooth. The car was in decent shape but had some issues. In sharing those concerns with Kelly he offered us a discount to off set the repairs we would need to handle. The paperwork work process was smooth too. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here purchasing a non Mazda brand vehicle.
