I had a great experience at Tim Dahle Mazda! They treated me with enthusiasm and made me feel like I was a super star! I didn’t feel pressured or that I was going to be harrassed if I chose not to go through with my purchase. They went above and beyond to make sure we covered everything that I was inquiring about, and I felt like they were very transparent about everything. Let’s be honest, nobody wants to spend almost half a good day trapped in a dealership, but the way everything went at Tim Dahle Mazda, made the whole dealership experience worth every minute of it! Sofia, Nat and Josh were amazing to work with!! Thanks for everything, I love my new cat!

We purchased a Toyota RAV4 that had been traded in and had a good experience here! The sales people were friendly and helpful and the vehicle was priced very competitively (quite a bit lower compared to vehicles with similar mileage in similar condition at other dealerships). We felt very comfortable buying from them and were impressed that they included a warranty with the vehicle. I was also impressed with the respect they showed us—they followed up with us when we showed interest, but without harassing us or guilt tripping us like we experienced at a few other dealerships. The low pressure experience made our decision a lot easier. For now, only giving four stars because the vehicle had rock chips in the windshield we didn’t notice until the next day (because we bought it late in the evening). I called them immediately the next day to see if they’d take care of it, and two days in a row they told me they’d talk to a manager to see if they can take care of it but I still haven’t heard back. Would love to be taken care of the way we were taken care of prior to buying. If so it will definitely be an easy five stars from me! Will edit if I hear back.

Buying the car, there was not a very good experience. However, I have found that their service department is top notch. I have had 2 mazdas and have taken them both there for service. They are very knowledgeable and friendly..

Decker was amazing help. Prompt, not pushy so accommodating. I love my new Mazda!
