Kevin the service manager is awesome! I’ve brought all 3 of my Mazdas here for services and maintenance over the years. Kevin stepped in and turned a not so great experience around into a good experience. He handled the situation with professionalism, a quick sense of urgency, care and showed his hospitality. This is how customer service should be and he delivered that and then went above and beyond. Because of Kevin and Glade I will continue to bring my Mazdas here. Thank you for representing the Mazda business in a positive light and continue to set the tone. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience here. The only dealerships I trust are the Tim Dahle ones. Our sales person (Charlie) was personable and friendly, the manager (Nat) was friendly and informative, and our financing guy (Kaden) was awesome. There were no pushy sales tactics, they were just completely willing to work with us. My mother went home with a gorgeous new car. I highly recommend these guys!

The Mazda team at Southtown are top notch. Juan and Caleb were extremely helpful in helping us find the right car for our situation. They were patient and helped us think through different scenarios of which car to buy for our families needs. I’d recommend them to anyone!
