I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Mike Rampani. He made the entire service visit smooth from start to finish. Right away, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to my concerns instead of rushing me through. Mike kept me in the loop the whole time, gave honest recommendations, and made sure I understood exactly what my car needed (and what it didn’t). That level of transparency is hard to find and made me feel confident I was in good hands. On top of that, everything was handled efficiently and right on time. No headaches, no runaround—just great service. If you want someone who genuinely cares and does things the right way, Mike Rampani is your guy. Highly recommend!
