Very prompt. Scheduled at 7am and that is when my car was taken. Only complaint was the quote did not include shop materials, sales tax, and fee for using credit card. Those fees were substantial. Other than that, they did a great job, and their video upon completion was excellent.

Nat Kingdom did a great job working with us to trade our 2020 Mazda CX5 FWD for a 2024 Mazda CX5 AWD. We are very happy with the new SUV, the trade, and the people at Mazda to make it happen. Thank you. And the Service Department did an excellent job with the oil change. Nick the Service Manager went beyond my expectations. The oil changes are easy to schedule. The technician provides a nice video showing the status of the filters, tires, brakes and overall condition of the vehicle. The Service manager made the check in and check out easy.
