Very pleased with my service visit. My advisor Camden was a great communicator with regular text and phone call updates, giving realistic time frames, and prompt replies to any and all of my questions. The service department videos from my mechanic actually walking and filming at my car with recommendations and easy explanations is upper level. I like their online breakdown estimator link they send with upfront prices for the needed repairs and any advisements. Really was a no pressure setup as with the estimate and video in front of me it made it very convenient to decide on what my budget and needs would allow. I'm very pleased with my mechanic, the quality of work, and the consideration for good cleanliness. Plus with an unexpected delay in parts Camden offered a loaner vehicle which I gladly accepted and greatly appreciated. Just exceptionally awesome service. I received a really fair offer on my trade-in, and they were able to get me a great interest rate along with an extended warranty. Dale was fantastic to work with on the financing side. He took the time to understand what I was comfortable with and made sure we stayed within the parameters of a monthly payment that worked for me. I never felt pressured or like I was being pushed into something I wasn’t comfortable with. A huge shoutout to Sofia, who was absolutely amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. She knew everything about the CX-50 and was able to answer all of my questions. She took the time to go over the features, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure I was completely happy with my choice. She made the entire process feel effortless. Everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The whole experience was smooth and straightforward, which is exactly what you hope for when buying a car. Absolute amazing experience here. Brock is the man. Ask for him when you need a sales guy. Not too pushy but knows his stuff and does everything he can to take care of you. Josh is an amazing sales manager. Made sure we were taken care of and good at all times. Would 100% buy a car from these guys again.
