The people I worked with were amazing, easy to work with and very good at keeping me informed. They gave me a loaner, which i really appreciated. My only complaint is that they lived up to the stereotype and found $5000 worth of work that needed to be done on my 3 year old car.

I purchased my 2024 CX5 on Dec 28th 2024. My family and I was there around 8:30 am and found out that the vehicle was loaned out by the service department. We waited hours for the salesman to track down the car. If the car was advertised for sale then it should had been on the lot. It was frustrating for my family and I to wait until 4 pm to actually be able to test drive. The salesman took the car for a quick cleanup while I was signing the paperwork. Before we left the lot, My son-in-law found out that the electronic seat control for the driver seat was not functioning properly. I set up an appointment to have it replaced but the part was on back order. I just got it repaired about 2 weeks ago. I literally have parked my new car in the garage until the part was replaced. I purchased some floor mats for my car the other day. When I was putting them in my car and the trunk, I found out my car was fairly dirty. The trunk had some dog hair and hay like material. The driver side floor was quite dirty too. I also found a sticky candy wrap under the driver seat. I was not happy to find my car in the condition as it was. The car was supposed to be cleaned out or detailed before it was sold to me. Especially, we had waited all day at the dealer. It is totally not acceptable for me to fine candy wrap under the driver seat. I am very disappointed with the service and the condition with my car. I am ok with the repair being late because i understand that the part was late. I am not ok with the dealer sold me a dirty car. I believe that the dealer should be proud of the vehicle that they sold by keeping it in a clean condition for their customers.
