Have been coming to Mazda since the first time I got an oil change. They are quick with their work but also very very efficient. They do a very detailed video with everything that they show you is good or bad, which is nice because you have “proof” and can see exactly what is wrong. They are very friendly and don’t push you to do anything you do not want to do. I very much recommend going to them whether it is for parts or something as simple as an oil change. Very professional and very good at explaining anything you have questions about!

He took the time to understand what I was comfortable with and made sure we stayed within the parameters of a monthly payment that worked for me. I never felt pressured or like I was being pushed into something I wasn’t comfortable with. A huge shoutout to Sofia, who was absolutely amazing! She took the time to go over the features, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure I was completely happy with my choice. She made the entire process feel effortless. Had a great experience buying my car here. Typically when I go car shopping it's an uncomfortable ordeal where you feel bothered, rushed, and defensive. Essentially not a great time. My car buying experience with Sam was the exact opposite of that. Sam was approachable, casual, and effective. Didn't feel rushed into the decision and Sam worked to find me the color and interior I wanted. Special shoutouts to Nat, Dale, and the rest of the Tim Dahle team whose names I can't remember. Experience end to end felt great. Very seamless experience.
