Have been coming to Mazda since the first time I got an oil change. They are quick with their work but also very very efficient. They do a very detailed video with everything that they show you is good or bad, which is nice because you have “proof” and can see exactly what is wrong. They are very friendly and don’t push you to do anything you do not want to do. I very much recommend going to them whether it is for parts or something as simple as an oil change. Very professional and very good at explaining anything you have questions about!

Had a great experience buying my car here. Typically when I go car shopping it's an uncomfortable ordeal where you feel bothered, rushed, and defensive. Essentially not a great time. My car buying experience with Sam was the exact opposite of that. Sam was approachable, casual, and effective. Didn't feel rushed into the decision and Sam worked to find me the color and interior I wanted. Special shoutouts to Nat, Dale, and the rest of the Tim Dahle team whose names I can't remember. Experience end to end felt great. Very seamless experience.

Very pleased with my service visit. My advisor Camden was a great communicator with regular text and phone call updates, giving realistic time frames, and prompt replies to any and all of my questions. The service department videos from my mechanic actually walking and filming at my car with recommendations and easy explanations is upper level. I like their online breakdown estimator link they send with upfront prices for the needed repairs and any advisements. Really was a no pressure setup as with the estimate and video in front of me it made it very convenient to decide on what my budget and needs would allow. I'm very pleased with my mechanic, the quality of work, and the consideration for good cleanliness. Plus with an unexpected delay in parts Camden offered a loaner vehicle which I gladly accepted and greatly appreciated. Just exceptionally awesome service. Glad to have them in my pocket for my Mazda's future maintenance and repairs. Good work Tim Dahle Mazda Southtowne service department!!

Michael was new but did a fantastic job building rapport and being relatable! Tim Dahle Mazda is the only Mazda I’ll go to from now on. They turned my experience around from a very bad one at the last dealership I purchased a car from. Can’t wait to get my new vehicle when its ready!

Purchased my 2025 Mazda 3 premium plus model at this location the customer service was excellent. Fast forward a few months and I have taken it back for some slight body damage and a headlight out, I want to give a shout out to “Kevin Rivas” in the service department dropped my vehicle off and was able to get me into a loaner vehicle with no issues. When the body shop brought my car back, there were some spots he said “he didn’t like” he put himself in my shoes and sent the car back to get finished to standard and I really appreciate him doing that. You don’t get honesty and integrity a lot of times at service departments etc. this will be my goto place for the life of my Mazda. Thank you again Kevin your awesome AJ in the parts department is awesome as well helped me with ordering some mod parts for my Mazda and was super knowledgeable and super friendly wil definitly keep taking my Mazda there to get the great service
