Update: 9/21/26: I’ve been having this dealership service center continuously to my CX5’s maintenance services and recently did another oil change. As always, excellent services done by the tech Ben and the awesome Kevin Rivas who helped signed me in. I have had no issues and always have left satisfied with my vehicle. I will continue to go here as long as I have my Mazda. Highly recommend!! 4/7/2026: I have been taking my 1 year old CX5 to the dealership for the maintenance services such as oil changes etc. since I have purchased it at the same dealership. I’ve been satisfied after every single time. Kevin Rivas and his coworkers continue to be phenomenal and very professional! I trust these guys 100% with my Mazda and know that it’s being taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership and their care services as for they DO care about their customers and vehicles. 2/28/2025: We recently bought a new 2025 CX-5 from this place and we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. Sofia helped us with the test drives along with helping us see the differences in each of the vehicles. She definitely knows her stuff!! Purchased my 2025 Mazda 3 premium plus model at this location the customer service was excellent. Fast forward a few months and I have taken it back for some slight body damage and a headlight out, I want to give a shout out to “Kevin Rivas” in the service department dropped my vehicle off and was able to get me into a loaner vehicle with no issues. When the body shop brought my car back, there were some spots he said “he didn’t like” he put himself in my shoes and sent the car back to get finished to standard and I really appreciate him doing that. You don’t get honesty and integrity a lot of times at service departments etc. this will be my goto place for the life of my Mazda. Thank you again Kevin your awesome AJ in the parts department is awesome as well helped me with ordering some mod parts for my Mazda and was super knowledgeable and super friendly wil definitly keep taking my Mazda there to get the great service

Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and unique, genuinely helpful through the entire process. The whole experience was a smooth and stress-free, and we never felt pleasure or rushed. They took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we feel comfortable with our decision. Everything from the customer service to the overall process was excellent. We are very happy with our experience.
