From buying cars to leasing cars. Even to getting services done there. Whether I got the vehicle from them or not. The whole dealership has been fantastic with anything and everything I’ve thrown at them. And I should know because I’ve bought/leased six cars from the Tim Dahle Auto Group as a whole. But more specifically three cars from Tim Dahle Mazda Southe Town. I tell anybody who will listen to go there because of how easy to work with that dealership is.

We purchased a Toyota RAV4 that had been traded in and had a good experience here! The sales people were friendly and helpful and the vehicle was priced very competitively (quite a bit lower compared to vehicles with similar mileage in similar condition at other dealerships). We felt very comfortable buying from them and were impressed that they included a warranty with the vehicle. I was also impressed with the respect they showed us, they followed up with us when we showed interest, but without harassing us or guilt tripping us like we experienced at a few other dealerships. The low pressure experience made our decision a lot easier. For now, only giving four stars because the vehicle had rock chips in the windshield we didn’t notice until the next day (because we bought it late in the evening). I called them immediately the next day to see if they’d take care of it, and two days in a row they told me they’d talk to a manager to see if they can take care of it but I still haven’t heard back. Would love to be taken care of the way we were taken care of prior to buying. If so it will definitely be an easy five stars from me! Will edit if I hear back.

Nat Kingdom did a great job working with us to trade our 2020 Mazda CX5 FWD for a 2024 Mazda CX5 AWD. We are very happy with the new SUV, the trade, and the people at Mazda to make it happen. Thank you. And the Service Department did an excellent job with the oil change. Nick the Service Manager went beyond my expectations. The oil changes are easy to schedule. The technician provides a nice video showing the status of the filters, tires, brakes and overall condition of the vehicle. The Service manager made the check in and check out easy.

Have been coming to Mazda since the first time I got an oil change. They are quick with their work but also very very efficient. They do a very detailed video with everything that they show you is good or bad, which is nice because you have “proof” and can see exactly what is wrong. They are very friendly and don’t push you to do anything you do not want to do. I very much recommend going to them whether it is for parts or something as simple as an oil change. Very professional and very good at explaining anything you have questions about!

Update: 9/21/26: I’ve been having this dealership service center continuously to my CX5’s maintenance services and recently did another oil change. As always, excellent services done by the tech Ben and the awesome Kevin Rivas who helped signed me in. I have had no issues and always have left satisfied with my vehicle. I will continue to go here as long as I have my Mazda. Highly recommend!! 4/7/2026: I have been taking my 1 year old CX5 to the dealership for the maintenance services such as oil changes etc. since I have purchased it at the same dealership. I’ve been satisfied after every single time. Kevin Rivas and his coworkers continue to be phenomenal and very professional! I trust these guys 100% with my Mazda and know that it’s being taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership and their care services as for they DO care about their customers and vehicles. 2/28/2025: We recently bought a new 2025 CX-5 from this place and we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. Sofia helped us with the test drives along with helping us see the differences in each of the vehicles. She definitely knows her stuff!! She made us comfortable during waiting times and was honest with what to expect. We appreciated her company and others that worked with her. Good dealership and good staff. Looking forward to future services with these guys!
